2 Day Portrait Workshop
May 11 and 18
Each session is 3 hours long from 1 to 4 pm EDT.
$300 USD
In this special 2 session workshop, I will be guiding students in exploring portraiture anatomically and expressively. I will be using pastel and charcoal but students are encouraged to use the medium of their choice. We will be working with a live model and photo references for both short and long poses.
Each session is 3 hours from 1 to 4 pm EDT via Zoom. I will be recording the sessions for later reference but do encourage students to be as present as possible during class and not depend too much on the recordings. Group dynamics and a sense of community is of importance and I feel this sometimes gets lost within the virtual world.
A week prior to our first session, I will invite you to join a informal meet and greet via Zoom at 1 pm EDT to go over in more detail materials and concepts about the workshop that are important. This session will be recorded if you can't attend.
Critiques for both online course will be provided during class and through email. Please contact me with any questions.
TO REGISTER, please send an email to [email protected]
I will respond with class details and links for payment (Venmo or PayPal) and the link for the Zoom class. You will be enrolled once payment is received.
Registration is limited!
